FAQ
How long before I receive my photos and/or videos?
Please allow 7-14 days for delivery. However, if expedited delivery is needed please note there is an additional fee, just let me know.
What is your cancellation/late policy?
As a courtesy, if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session please do so at least 72 hours in advance.
Arriving late to a session will result in loss of time that will not be replaced.
Are deposits refundable?
80% of your deposit is refundable, however there is a 20% non-refundable deposit in order to secure booking date & time. (The 20% non-refundable fee is subtracted from your total).
